Weekly Ride Schedule
2008 Rides - Start March 11!
The Reston Bike Club has several weekly rides. You can expect ride events every Tuesday/Thursday, Saturday and Sunday from March through October.
NOTE - Due to club insurance policy clarifications, all participants on RBC rides must be current club members. Guests may join a ride one time only as a non-member. Remember: a full year's membership is only $15.
Tues/Thurs
The Tuesday/Thursday rides have been a popular, ongoing event for many years now. These rides are organized by Ken Thompson. The Tuesday/Thursday rides run spring to fall from the beginning of daylight savings time to Oct 7. Courses vary week to week for ride levels from 1-6(A to S). Separate courses are offered for each ride level. Riders frequently eat together at the Tortilla Factory at the end of the Thursday rides.--Tuesday rides start at 6PM at the Hunters Woods Shopping Center in Reston. Wednesday
New social rides (including dinner!) Wed evenings, start/finish in Herndon.

Saturday
These are social rides with an impromptu course decided upon by those who show up each week. There is a no-drop policy so that A and B rides can start and finish together at a pace that is enjoyable for all. Occasionally, riders break off into smaller groups with similar pace. The Saturday rides were started by Gaston Prudencio in 2002. Riders are encouraged to call Randy Karn at 703.402.0227 if they are planning to ride that weekend.

Sunday
