While we were riding on Saturday, the topic of headlights for evening rides came up. Attached is a link to "Eddy's Bike Shop" (no, not that Eddy) that did an amazing comparative study of the various headlights they sell. They set up a test area in their basement and placed each light a standard distance from the wall and took pictures. Check it out - it has been the only comparative guide to that makes any sense to me. I liked the caption for one model that included something about trying "not to burn out the retinas of nocturnal animals". http://eddys.com/page.cfm?pageid=493 :cool:
