2007 Reston Triathlon, Sunday, September 9th - VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
Help support one of Reston's largest events, the 2007 Reston Triathlon. The bike course is 23 miles long with about 56 intersections. This requires a large number of volunteers. Help out to protect triathletes, drivers and spectators. In return, you get to view a terrific race, get a free t-shirt and food. There will be 2 opportunities to learn more - be assigned a location to marshal, pickup a t-shirt and flag. First is at the Reston Library on Thursday, September 6 between 6-7PM. The second is at South Lakes High School (packet pickup) on Saturday, September 8 between 10AM - 1PM. I will be doing the helmet check or early in the morning, meeting volunteers near the tennis courts. Please call or email if you are interested in volunteering.
