As part of its community outreach, RBC sponsors an annual design contest at South Lake HS in Reston and awards over $1,000 in prizes. With over 30 entries from this year's contest celebrating the club's 30th anniversary, the RBC Board picked its top six choices. Members then voted on-line for the following finish:
The club presented these awards at South Lakes HS on June 1 and has been taking custom jersey orders based on Tyler's winning design.
