Free - Open to current (and potential) club members, and Century registrants.
Training ride #7 - We will bike from Reston Town Center in Reston, VA. The route will include all of the climbs on the Reston Metric Century. Total miles will be around 70 miles. The "A" group will average around 20 MPH, the "B" group will average between 16-19 MPH, the "C" group will average between 14-17 MPH and will be a no drop group. No one will ride alone.
