SUNDAY RIDE - SEPTEMBER 25
Life Time Cycle Club-Reston and Reston Bike Club are working together to tackle Mt. Weather this Sunday. We will have three groups. The "A" group will average above 19 MPH. The "B" Group will average 16-18 MPH. The "C" group will average between 14-16 MPH. This is a hilly ride. Below are the cue sheets for the route. The "A" group will do the longer route and the other groups will do the 50 mile route. There is an option for an even shorter ride.
