2017 Century Training Ride - Week  10 

Joint Ride between RBC and Life Time Cycle - NOVA. Please join free and sign the waiver on the Life Time Nova site as well.

We will have three different riding groups. The "A" group will average around 19 MPH. The "B" Group will average between 16-18 MPH. The "C" group will average between 15-16 MPH.  52.6 mile and 72.8 mile options.
