Start Time is 120:00 Noon.  Updated start time to be above 40 degrees and by request. Lunch after the ride at the new Deli Italiano, 700 Lynn St. Herndon VA.

Respect the speed range of the group (A, B, C).  

  • A Level = 18.0+ MPH Avg
  • B Level = 16.5 - 18 MPH Avg
  • C Level = 15.0 - 16.5 MPH Avg


All riders must sign (or have already signed for 2022) a liability waiver. You can do that HERE. The first ride with us is free. We welcome you to join us on subsequent rides as a member. Membership is $25 per year and you can take care of that HERE.
