2023 Century Training Ride - Week #11

  • Average Speed 15-16.5 MPH
Registration is closed

Start Time is 8:00 AM. These are NO drop rides for all riders averaging the MINIMUM posted average of 14 mph. You are responsible for having the route, carrying a spare tube in case of a flat and maintaining the minimum posted speed.   All groups will be on the same route.  This will be our toughest ride before the century with over 5K of climbing.  First time Non-Club members are welcome.  Questions? Respect the speed range of the group (A, B, C).

  • A Level = 18.5+ MPH Avg
  • B Level = 16.5 - 18.5 MPH Avg
  • C Level = 14 - 16.4 MPH Avg

In the event of a weather cancellation,  an email will be sent to all registered riders prior to the start.  Updates will also be posted to the RBC Century Strava page.


  • You must sign (or have already signed for 2023) a liability waiver. You can do that HERE. The first ride with us is free. We welcome you to join us on subsequent rides as a member. Membership is $25 per year and you can take care of that HERE.
